Devagi Sanmugam is one of Singapore’s most dynamic and talented food personalities. She has hosted television cooking shows for local and foreign media. The veteran cookbook author also runs her own restaurant, Devagi’s Restaurant and Café, offering Thai, Indonesian, Indian, Peranakan and Fusion dishes.
Christopher Tan is a Sinagpore-based writer, photographer and food consultant. He contributes articles, recipes and photos to many Asian and international publications.
