About the author
After a 10-year career in an international advertising agency, Su Chan was offered the post of an assistant pastry chef with a prestigious restaurant in the heart of Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia. She was quickly promoted to pastry chef and continued to establish herself in the food industry. Today, Su runs her own deli, SuChan Deli, with a loyal following for her sweet creations.
Su Chan was a finalist for the Personality Ward for Entrepreneurs from the Food & Hospitality Industry’s Hospitality Platinum Award 2003/2004 as well as the runner-up for the Women Entrepreneurs Award 2006, from the National Association of Women Entrepreneurs of Malaysia (NAWEM).
