About the Author
Zhu Jingwen is a professor in legal theory at the Renmin University of China and a board member of the China Law Society. He is a former visiting scholar at the University of Hawaii and a former Fulbright Scholar at the University of Wisconsin Law School.
Han Dayuan is the dean of the China Law School at the Renmin University of China and a former visiting scholar at Harvard University. They were both elected as Distinguished Contemporary Chinese Jurists.
